关于2024级研究生新生网上基础信息采集的通知

Online Basic Information Collection Notice for Postgraduates Enrolled in 2024

各学院（部）、研究生秘书、各位2024级研究生：

To all colleges (Faculties), graduate secretaries, and postgraduates enrolled in 2024:

根据《北京工业大学研究生学籍管理规定》，结合我校研究生培养实际，2024级研究生新生基础信息采集工作正式启动，现将有关要求通知如下。

Hello, BJUTer. According to the "Regulations on the Management of Graduate Status of Beijing University of Technology", the collection of basic information for postgraduates enrolled in 2024 is hereby notified as follows. Please read it carefully and finish them in the specific time.

一、信息采集时间

Ⅰ. Information Collection Time

2024年9月2日至9月10日。

From September 2nd to September 10th, 2024.

二、信息采集对象

Ⅱ. Information Collection Members

2024级研究生（含国际研究生）。

Postgraduates enrolled in 2024 (including international postgraduates).

三、信息采集流程

Ⅲ. Information Collection Process

请2024级研究生（含国际研究生）登陆“北京工业大学研究生管理信息系统”（系统网址: http://webrecdoc.bjut.edu.cn/pyxx/login.aspx），选择“学生端”，初次登陆系统的研究生，用户名为学号（首字母大写），中国研究生初始密码为身份证号后六位，国际研究生初始密码为护照号码（字母全部大写），登录后请务必尽快修改密码。如密码有误或遗忘，请联系所在学院（部）研究生秘书。

Postgraduates enrolled in 2024 (including international postgraduates) have to log in the "Graduate Management Information System" (system website: http://webrecdoc.bjut.edu.cn/pyxx/login.aspx), and select "Student Side".

For the postgraduates who log in the system for the first time, the "user name" is the student number (first letter capital) the initial password of international postgraduates is the passport number (all capitals). Please change the password as soon as possible after logging in. If the password is wrong or forgotten, please contact the graduate secretary of your college (Faculty).

按操作说明（详见附件1）完成“学生学期注册”“个人信息修改”“研究生入学登记”等流程，操作步骤如下图所示：

Complete the procedures of "Student semester registration", "Personal information modification" and "Graduate enrolment registration" according to the operating instructions (see Annex 1 for details). The operating steps as shown in the following figure.

2024级研究生完成上述操作并确定信息无误后，在【研究生入学登记】页面打印《北京工业大学研究生登记表（学籍表）》并本人签字，于9月10日17:00之前将打印签字后的《北京工业大学研究生登记表（学籍表）》报送至所在学院（部）研究生秘书。

Upon completion of the above operations and confirmation of correct information, postgraduates of grade 2024 shall print and sign the "Graduate Registration Form of Beijing University of Technology (Graduate Status Form)" on the [Graduate Enrollment Registration] page, and submit it to the graduate secretary of the college (Faculty) before 17:00 on September 10th.

四、注意事项

Ⅳ. Issues Needing Attention

1. 研究生登记表（学籍表）打印功能将于9月10日17:00关闭，逾期将无法打印，请务必按时完成。

1. The printing function of the "Graduate Registration Form of Beijing University of Technology (Graduate Status Form)" will be closed at 17:00 on September 10th. Overdue printing will not be possible. Please be sure to complete it on time.

2. 学生信息是学校各类数据统计的基础以及与学生联系的重要依据，请各位同学务必保证所填基本信息的准确性、完整性。

2. Student information is the basis of all kinds of data statistics and an important basis for contacting students. Please ensure the accuracy and integrity of the basic information filled in.

3. 中英内容不一致的地方，以中文为准。

3. In case any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
