关于2025-2026学年第一学期研究生
教学运行工作安排的通知
各学院、研究生任课教师、研究生同学:
按照学校研究生教学工作安排,为保证各项工作的顺利进行,现将2025-2026学年第一学期研究生教学运行工作安排通知如下。
一、研究生课程教学的总体安排
1.研究生课程开课时间
全日制研究生新生(含国际研究生):9月15日(第2教学周)开始上课。
非全日制研究生新生:公共课9月20日(第2教学周周末)开始上课。经管学院非全日制研究生,部分专业课开课时间,见经管学院的通知。
如遇节假日上课时间以校发放假通知为准。
研究生任课教师和研究生同学要严格按照课程表和教学进度安排开展课程教学,本学期校历及上课时间表见附件1。
2.研究生课程教学安排落实
研究生院牵头负责完成公共课的教学组织落实;各学院牵头负责完成专业课的教学组织落实。
二、研究生培养计划制定和选课安排
1.培养计划制定及选课对象
2025级硕士、博士研究生新生须在导师的指导下,按照2025版研究生培养方案的要求(学术学位研究生培养方案见附件2、专业学位研究生培养方案见附件3、国际研究生培养方案见附件4),由导师和研究生通过线上、线下等方式共同制定培养计划,并通过研究生管理信息系统在规定时间内完成培养计划及选课。
2024级及以前年级未完成培养计划的硕士、博士研究生须通过研究生管理信息系统在规定时间内完成选课。
2.培养计划制定及网上选课流程
研究生登录“研究生管理信息系统”,在规定的时间内按照培养方案的要求在线完成培养计划制定及网上选课两个流程。
培养计划制定和选课网址:http://webrecdoc.bjut.edu.cn/pyxx/login.aspx(学生端),用户名为学号(首字母大写),中国研究生初始密码为身份证号后六位,国际研究生初始密码为护照号码(字母全部大写),登录后请务必尽快修改密码。如密码有误或遗忘,请联系所在各学院研究生培养秘书,具体联系方式见附件8。
研究生培养计划制定及网上选课具体流程见附件5及附件6。
3.时间安排
研究生管理信息系统于9月5日8:00开通,9月19日17:00关闭,系统关闭后无法进行网上培养计划制定和选课。
校外访问系统开放时间:9月5日-9月10日 8:00-17:00;
9月11日-9月18日 系统全天开放。
校内访问系统开放时间:9月5日-9月18日 系统全天开放。
4.选课内容及注意事项
中国研究生按照培养方案的要求制定培养计划后,选择除校公共学位课(研究生入学教育、新时代中国特色社会主义理论与实践、自然辩证法概论、硕士研究生英语、博士研究生英语,以上课程已进行整体选课安排)之外的本学期的各类课程。
国际留学生按照培养方案的要求制定培养计划后,自行选择本学期课程。
本学期研究生选课流程、跨专业选课操作步骤、选课注意事项及全校研究生公共课的教学安排等见附件5。
三、研究生课程成绩提交
各学院和任课教师须高度重视课程成绩及时录入对研究生培养工作的重要性,课程结束后任课教师应及时通过研究生管理信息系统提交成绩,研究生要及时上网查看成绩,有疑问尽早联系任课教师或各学院。
2024-2025学年的研究生信息管理系统的成绩录入最终截止日期为9月5日。2024-2025学年研究生各级各类奖学金评选工作启动后,届时将以系统关闭时录入的成绩为准;成绩录入的及时性、完整性及准确性关系到每位研究生的切身利益,请各位任课老师务必高度重视。
四、其他注意事项
1.如遇难以安排的教学工作,请各学院及时和研究生院联系。
2.上述工作安排如遇上级文件要求或实际需要进行调整,将另行通知,请随时关注电子邮箱、微信群和内网综合服务门户。
3.请各学院、导师、培养秘书、国际化秘书等协同做好研究生选课工作。

Teaching Arrangement Notice for Postgraduates in Fall Semester 2025 of
Beijing University of Technology (BJUT)
To all colleges , graduate teachers and postgraduates:
Hello, BJUTer. The teaching arrangement notice for postgraduates in Fall Semester 2025 is hereby notified as follows. Please read it carefully and finish them in the specific time.
I. The Overall Arrangement of Postgraduate Course Teaching
1. Opening time of postgraduate courses
For full-time postgraduates of 2025 enrollment, the classes will start from September 15th (2nd teaching week).
For part-time postgraduates of 2025 enrollment, the classes will start from September 20th (the weekend of teaching week 2). For part-time postgraduates of the College of Economics and Management, please refer to the notice of the College of Economics and Management for the start time of some professional courses.
In case of holidays, the class time shall be subject to the notice issued by the school.
Graduate teachers and postgraduates must participate in the course teaching in strict accordance with the schedules. See Annex 1 for the academic calendar and class schedule of this semester.
2. Implementation of teaching arrangements for postgraduate courses
The graduate school takes the lead in completing the teaching organization and implementation of “Common Required Courses”; Each college shall take the lead in completing the teaching organization and implementation of “Specialized Courses”.
II. Formulation of Postgraduate Training Plan and Course Selection Arrangement
1. Training plan formulation and course selection objects
Under the guidance of your supervisor, postgraduates of 2025 enrollment must follow the requirements of the 2025 edition of the postgraduate training program (see Annex 4 for the international postgraduate training program). The supervisor and graduate students jointly formulate the training plan through online or offline methods, and complete the course selection within the specified time through the graduate management information system (GMIS).
Postgraduates who have not completed the training plan in 2024 and previous years must complete the course selection within the specified time through the GMIS.
2. Training plan formulation and online course selection process
Postgraduates log in the GMIS and complete the two processes including training plan formulation and online course selection, respectively, within the specified time according to the requirements of the training plan.
Training plan formulation and course selection website: http://webrecdoc.bjut.edu.cn/pyxx/login.aspx (student side), the user’s name is the student number (the first letter shall be capitalized), the initial password for international graduate students is the passport number (all letters shall be capitalized). Please change your password as soon as possible after logging in. If the password is wrong or forgotten, please contact the graduate secretary of your college(Annex 8).
See Annex 5 and Annex 6 for the specific processes of postgraduate training plan formulation and online course selection. You can seek the guidance of your supervisor.
3. Time Schedule
The GMIS will be opened at 8:00 on September 5th and closed at 17:00 on September 19th. After the system is closed, making online training plans and selecting courses will be impossible.

4. Course Selection and Some Notes
International graduate students shall formulate their training plans in accordance with the requirements of the training program and select the courses for the current semester independently.
See Annex 5 for the course selection process, cross-professional course selection operation guidance, and matters needing attention in course selection and teaching arrangement of public courses for graduate students in this semester. You can seek the guidance of your supervisor.
III. Submission of Graduate Course Transcript
Graduate teachers must submit their results through GMIS in time, and graduate students should check their results online in time. If you have any questions, please contact the teachers or colleges as soon as possible.
The final deadline for grade entry in GMIS for 2024-2025 academic year is September 5th.
Ⅳ. Other issues
1. If there are any problems in teaching arrangements of colleges, please don’t hesitate to contact the graduate school in time.
2. If the above arrangements are adjusted, they will be notified separately. Please feel free to pay attention to the email, WeChat group and intranet comprehensive service portal.
3. For supervisor, training secretary, and internationalization secretary, you should collaborate with each other to provide guidance in effectively selecting courses for postgraduates.
4. In case any discrepancy arises between the English translation and the original Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
